The terms that govern your access to our recruitment platform and services as an employer.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern and regulate the access, use, and engagement of services provided by Sarwin HR Solutions ("Agency"). This business is owned and operated by Mr. Saivenkatesh S. By accessing, registering, or using the platform, you ("Client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
You represent and warrant that you are legally authorised to operate a business and enter into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and while using the platform.
We provide job posting and recruitment platform access, candidate sourcing and application management, and optional custom hiring and end-to-end recruitment services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Any unauthorised use must be reported to us immediately.
You agree that all job postings must be genuine, lawful, and non-misleading, and that no fraudulent, illegal, or discriminatory content will be posted. We reserve the right to remove or reject any job post without prior notice.
All platform plans must be paid in advance, and custom hiring services are charged at 15% of the candidate's Annual CTC. Payments must be completed within the specified timeline, and failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. All payments made for subscription plans and services are strictly non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
We provide access to candidates and recruitment tools but do not guarantee candidate selection, interview success, or hiring completion. All hiring decisions are solely your responsibility.
Candidate data is based on self-declared information. We perform only basic screening and do not guarantee its accuracy. Final verification and background checks are your responsibility.
All platform content, design, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of the Agency. You shall not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without our prior written permission. You also agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate information and shall not share, distribute, or misuse such data for purposes outside recruitment.
You shall not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities, share candidate data with third parties without consent, attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform, or misrepresent job opportunities or company details. Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
The Agency shall not be held liable for candidate performance, conduct, or retention; any direct or indirect losses arising from hiring decisions; or platform downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions. The platform may also include integrations or links to third-party services, and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of such third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time due to violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of services. No refund is issued in such cases.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. By using the platform, purchasing plans, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
