These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of services provided by Sarwin HR Solutions ("Agency"). This business is owned and operated by Mr. Saivenkatesh S. By registering, making payment, or using the platform, you ("Candidate") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.
You must provide accurate, complete, and updated personal, educational, and professional details. Access to services is granted only after successful registration and/or membership activation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We provide job application platform access, profile visibility to employers, and recruitment support and coordination.
The platform must be used only for genuine job search purposes, and you must act responsibly and professionally at all times. You must ensure all submitted information is accurate — any false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Free users can apply to a maximum of 5 jobs. Premium membership (₹399) provides extended access and priority features, with a validity of 1 year from activation. See our Pricing Policy for full details.
We help match candidate profiles with job opportunities posted by employers using our platform, based on the information in your profile and the role requirements. Job matching and application features, including any priority visibility offered under Premium membership, are intended to improve your chances of being noticed — they are not a guarantee of an interview, job offer, or placement.
All hiring processes, interview decisions, job offers, and employment terms are managed directly by employers. We do not influence hiring decisions, and we are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the outcome of an employer's hiring process or any employment relationship that may result. You must maintain proper conduct during interviews and communication with employers — misconduct may lead to account suspension.
By registering, you consent to your profile being shared with employers for recruitment purposes. We handle your data responsibly, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You shall not provide false information, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or spam or misuse employer communication. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice in case of violations, with no refund provided.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and page design — is the property of Sarwin HR Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal content you submit (such as your resume), but you grant us the right to use it to operate our matching and recruitment services, including sharing it with prospective employers as part of the service.
We shall not be responsible for job selection or rejection, employer actions or decisions, or salary, work conditions, or employment continuation. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. By using the platform or purchasing membership, you confirm full acceptance of these Terms.
