When you create a candidate profile with us, we collect information such as your name, contact details (email and phone number), resume/CV, education history, work experience, skills, and any other details you choose to add to your profile. If you upgrade to Premium membership, we also process payment-related information through our payment gateway to complete the transaction; we do not store your full card or banking details on our own systems.

We share your candidate information with employers using our platform when you apply to a role, or when your profile is presented as part of a recruitment search relevant to your profile. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
Your profile and resume data are stored on secured systems with access restricted to authorised personnel who need it to operate the platform and deliver our recruitment services. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
We retain your profile information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to reactivate it or as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion of your data using the contact details below, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information in your profile. You can update most profile details directly through your account, or write to us to request access, correction, or deletion. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
