This Refund Policy governs all payments made by job seekers ("Candidate") for services provided by Sarwin HR Solutions ("Agency"). By making payment, the Candidate agrees to be bound by this Policy.
All payments made towards Premium Membership (₹399) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
The membership fee covers access to the recruitment platform, job application features, and priority visibility and support services. It is not charged for job placement or guaranteed employment.
We do not guarantee job selection, interview calls, or employment offers. Being unable to secure employment is not grounds for a refund request.
Non-usage, partial usage, or dissatisfaction during the membership period does not qualify for a refund, cancellation, or adjustment.
If you experience a duplicate transaction or technical payment error, report it within 24 hours with supporting documentation. We review such cases at our discretion.
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any related disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. By making payment, the Candidate confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
