REFUND POLICY

SARWIN HR SOLUTIONS

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs and regulates all payments made by employers, companies, organizations, or entities ("Client") for services offered by Sarwin HR Solutions ("Agency") through its recruitment platform, including job posting plans and related services. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any paid service, the Client expressly agrees to be legally bound by this Policy.


1. NO REFUND POLICY DECLARATION

All payments made towards job posting plans, subscriptions, or recruitment services are strictly non-refundable. Once a plan is purchased, activated, or accessed, the Client shall not be entitled to any refund, cancellation, or reversal of payment under any circumstances.


2. NATURE OF SERVICES AND CHARGES

The fees charged by the Agency are solely for providing access to its recruitment platform, including but not limited to job post visibility, candidate access, and hiring tools. These charges are based on the usage and availability of the platform for recruitment purposes, and not on the outcome, success rate, or number of hires made.


3. PLAN ACTIVATION AND UTILIZATION

Upon successful payment, the selected plan shall be activated as per the duration and features specified (including job post limits, visibility period, and access scope). The Client acknowledges that failure to fully utilize the plan within its validity period shall not entitle them to any refund, extension, or compensation.


4. NO GUARANTEE OF HIRING OUTCOME

The Agency does not guarantee candidate selection, interview success, or hiring completion. The platform provides tools and access to candidates; however, recruitment outcomes depend entirely on the Client's requirements, processes, and decisions. Lack of desired results shall not be considered grounds for refund.


5. PAYMENT ERRORS AND DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS

In the event of a verified duplicate payment or technical error resulting in multiple charges for the same service, the Agency may, at its sole discretion, review the transaction and process an adjustment or credit. Such cases must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction with valid proof.


6. NON-TRANSFERABILITY

Purchased plans and associated benefits are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned, resold, or exchanged for any other service or monetary value.


7. MODIFICATION OF POLICY

The Agency reserves the absolute right to amend, revise, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated Policy shall be effective immediately upon publication on the platform.


8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing any plan displayed in the pricing section, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full, without limitation or exception.


9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
